This unusual little handmade plate is perfect to display all on its own.  It is 5 inches square, with roughly one third red, and two thirds clear with multi-sized red diffuse dots.  It has small clear champagne bubbles throughout.  This plate is also useful for holding small items like jewelry, coins, or candies.  It is food-safe, but should not be  put in the microwave nor in the dishwasher.
